The Foundation Group, located in Nashville, Tennessee, was founded by Blair Dudley, CPA and Greg McRay, EA.  What started in 1995 as a small, local consulting firm has grown to become the nation's leading provider of 501c3, tax-exemption services.

The reason:  We know 501(c)(3)!

Today, we work with organizations from Alaska to Hawaii to California to Maine.  We have clients in all 50 states and US territories, as well as over 25 countries around the world.  We have helped literally thousands of nonprofit organizations achieve 501(c)(3), tax exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service.  Our services for existing organizations include everything from Form 990 preparation to payroll services to ongoing education and consultation.
