As president of GOAL Consulting, Jonathan’s clients include the American Red Cross, United Way, Gilda’s Club Worldwide, Girls Incorporated, St. Mark’s School, City of Addison, and the Alamo Area Council of Governments.

Jonathan is a dynamic speaker who is frequently in demand as a featured presenter at major conferences throughout the U.S. and Canada. He has spoken at The Nonprofit Congress, Independent Sector, Social Venture Partners International, and AFP Branches throughout the country.

Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Boston College, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at the University of North Texas.
