DAVID HAMLIN was trained as a community organizer in VISTA prior to graduating from Nasson College in Maine. He served as Executive Director of the ACLU office in New Hampshire and in the same position, responsible for a staff of 20, in Illinois, where his advocacy work generated international attention. He serves as WHPR’s primary strategist and does a great deal of the agency’s writing. He currently chairs the Communications Committee of the Los Angeles Business Leaders Task Force On Homelessness.
